Wow! What a completely lovely and busy start to the year. I had the pleasure of hosting a couples retreat in Newport, Rhode Island. We focused on communication and connection through being creative, where each person created their own mandala. We also focused on sexual connection and how to improve erotic connection. Couples retreats are a place to reflect, connect, and have fun.
I look forward to hosting more throughout the year!

I also worked with The Family Center https://familycenterhelps.org/ for a lovely evening of charcuterie and communication.

Kayla from https://rnbcharcuterie.com/ worked with the couples on creating a beautiful charcuterie board, and I shared four tips for better communication.

There is a lot to come this year. This spring/summer, I will be hosting a women's group in my new office. But on that, next time!
